By downloading, installing, or using Relay ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Description of Service

Relay provides real-time speech-to-text transcription services designed for d/Deaf and hard of hearing individuals. The App offers:

• Premium transcription powered by industry-leading speech recognition
• Standard transcription using Apple Speech Recognition
• Local storage of transcriptions on your device
• Export and sharing capabilities

Subscriptions and Payments

Relay Pro Subscription

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled 24 hours before period end
• Included premium minutes reset each billing period and do not roll over

Minute Packs

• Purchased minute packs are one-time purchases
• Minutes from packs never expire
• Subscription minutes are consumed before purchased minutes

Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for high accuracy, speech-to-text transcription is not perfect. Do not rely on Relay for critical, life-safety, or legal matters where accuracy is essential.
